Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just select the items you require on the Order Form page and click “Place Order”. You will now see a summary of the items you have chosen with the prices and delivery costs. Check the order here and proceed to the checkout by clicking “Purchase”.
Payment can be made on line via your Paypal account or by credit or debit card. Alternatively if you would like to pay by cheque or via bank Giro, please telephone us or email your order.
If you would prefer to speak to a human to discuss your requirements or place an order or arrange collection from our workshop please phone 01798 342096. If you do reach the answering machine please leave a message with your number and we will return your call.
Shipping And Handling
Once your order is received your dog bed will be made for you. We will normally despatch your bed within 7-14 days but if you need it more urgently please contact us directly. If you are ordering a stock item we may be able to despatch it to you within 24 hours. We will confirm with you when the order is ready to be despatched.
We always endeavour to complete your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by other manufacturers or carriers. The Dog Bed Company will not accept any liability for any consequential loss caused by delays.
The prices quoted for delivery are for UK only. If you require your goods to be shipped outside UK please contact us directly for a quotation.
Delivery Schedule
Our courier will normally deliver the package to you within 72 hours of collection and often within 24 hours. Please make arrangements to receive the bed to avoid scheduling a second delivery.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union 15% VAT is included in the price.
Cancellations and refunds
As all dog beds are made-to-order, once delivery has been made, refunds or exchanges can only be made if the piece is deemed to be faulty. We can only handle and concur your claims, once we receive the piece back.
Failure to deliver by the specified time, is not permissible grounds for cancellation without penalty. Our cancellation penalty is 25% of the total price quoted on your order confirmation/invoice.

We are a family run business and make every effort to provide a personal service. There are times when it is impossible for us to answer the phone but the answering machine is interrogated several times a day and if you leave a message we will return your call.

Care of your dog bed
We finish our dog beds with either a wax, a wax oil or a Danish oil. As with all items of quality wooden furniture a regular treatment of wax or oil will prolong the life of your dogs bed and help prevent watermarks and stains.
